Crude Oil has pierced $125 a barrel, Natural Gas is over $11 per thousand cubic feet. Don't even get us started on Coal prices. All of this translates into obscene utility bills coming to a mailbox near you this summer, but we have some suggestions to help New Yorkers fight back!

Definitely make sure your air conditioning units are energy efficient and have been maintained to save you money. The biggest mistake I see customers make is not getting preventative maintenance on their units. The units must work harder and output less energy without preventative maintenance.
